- Removal of the camera from the housing will invalidate the warranty.
- All international customers that are ordering any Thermal Imaging Camera will be required to fill out an End Use Statement document before shipment. Once you place your order we will send you an email with the documents.
- All US orders will get 60Hz cameras unless you contact us (help@groupgets.com)
- We can ship 60 Hz cameras to certain other countries but it will require some additional documents before shipment. See Export Control page.
