A. Store orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, excluding including US federal holidays. Unless a lead time is listed in the products description.
We finish shipping orders around 11am PST, any orders placed after that may ship the following day.
A. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. GroupGets and the campaign creator/s do not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.
If you have any questions related to customs, duty, and import charges, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering.
A. Within the USA FedEx or USPS are both fine, although USPS during Christmas may not be as good. If you need a package quickly FedEx 2-Day is the best bang for the buck and is reliable.
Outside of the USA the most often used shipping method that we use is FedEx International Economy, DHL is also good but usually more expensive. We don't recommend USPS unless you are in Canada, if you choose USPS it will switch to the destination countries postal service when it reaches your country.
A. We highly recommend that you choose USPS as the shipping type, FedEx charges a lot of extra fees to Canada that you would have to pay before delivery.
A. No, we will not ship to shipping forwarding companies. We may ship to PO boxes under special circumstances (military etc., email us help@groupgets.com), otherwise most orders to PO boxes are cancelled.
A. After you place your order you will receive an automatic email with a link to a .pdf of your invoice. If you can't find it email us at help@groupgets.com with your order number.
