AudioMoth USB Microphone is an easy-to-use, low-cost, full-spectrum USB microphone. It streams audible and ultrasonic frequencies via USB and uses the AudioMoth USB Microphone firmware. It is specifically designed to work well with the free AudioMoth Live App and can be used with any other audio application. It uses an identical audio front-end to the standard AudioMoth 1.2.0 variants and doesn’t require batteries. It also has a 3.5mm socket to allow additional external electret condenser (PIP) microphones/hydrophones to be used. Two enclosures are available as optional extras to house the device, which come in “AudioMoth green” and “HydroMoth blue”.
