Any aftermarket monitor that accepts a standard NTSC video signal should be compatible with PathFindIR II. Mounting of the monitor should be done in a manner such that it does not obstruct the driver`s view. Usually the best position is on the dash board to the right of the steering wheel, or, where the factory radio is located. Many aftermarket car stereos that accept a backup camera and have a touch screen LCD can be used and installed by your local car stereo / mobile electronics retailer and installation center.
FLIR offers a Safety Vision 7` LCD Monitor Kit that includes the display, a sun shield, mounting bracket. A BNC to S-Video cable is also required, available separately.
