What is the NVIDIA DRIVE PX 2 option for ADK?

The standard ADK provides a USB connection and is intended to demonstrate the usability of thermal imaging for advanced driver assistance systems, or ADAS.

The NVIDIA DRIVE PX 2 is an artificial intelligence (AI) car computing platform used by over 20 automotive manufacturers as part of a sensor fusion system for self-driving vehicles.

The NVIDIA version of ADK uses a different interface board and a coax connector to enable data to be fused from multiple cameras, as well as lidar, radar, and other sensors. The ADK delivers TIFF files to the NVIDIA DRIVE PX 2 for analytic development.
