Regarding the full camera mode for ADK, does this refer to the full resolution video setting?

The ADK always runs at full resolution.

There are 3 configuration options when collecting the data – these refer to different levels of final integration of a product, and therefore end cost.

Full Camera Mode has all the video pipeline processing enabled (filtering etc.). The other two configurations – Calibrated Sensor & Calibrated Sensor with Shutter – refer to reduced feature set hardware and software solutions that FLIR can offer at lower cost.

There is a table in the ADK user documentation that describes what filtering is turned on depending on the configuration.
