Yes, however an export license may be required. There are two frame rate options for PathFindIR II: 30 fps and 7.5 fps (slow video).
The 30 fps model is export-controlled, and is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) is 6A003b.4.b. In order to obtain an export license for this model, the ultimate consignee or end user of the infrared product must furnish an end-use statement on company letterhead to FLIR. The end user must also complete a BIS-711, Statement by Ultimate Consignee and Purchaser. Quoted delivery times are based upon receipt of the validated export license from the Department of Commerce, which takes 8-10 weeks on average, depending on the end-use application, completeness of the end-use statement, and verification of the end-user.
The 7.5 fps PathFindIR II does not require an export license. The ECCN for the slow video version is 6A993.
