PureThermal Mini Pro is a hackable thermal webcam for the FLIR Lepton (2.x - 3.x, FS) LWIR camera core. It can has multiple connection options such as solder straight to the board or a custom cable using the JST-SR port. The PTMini Pro also features four mounting holes, less complex circuitry, and perhaps best of all, USB DFU. This is a development kit ready to be embedded into a production system.
We've been quietly working on the design for awhile and rest assured, we stuck with the same STM32F4 MCU so yours and our existing firmware will easily port.
The PureThermal Breakout Board is an easy to interface evaluation board used to quickly evaluate the FLIR Lepton® thermal camera modules (2.x - 3.x, FS). It’s compatible with many low-cost ARM based evaluation boards, in addition it’s easy to connect to pin outs for Arduino or via short jumper wires to Raspberry Pi.
PureThermal 2 is a hackable thermal webcam for the FLIR Lepton (2.x - 3.x, FS) LWIR camera core. It is the result of listening to our thousands of PureThermal 1 users and giving them what they want: four mounting holes, pads for optional EM shielding, less complex circuitry, and perhaps best of all, USB DFU. That's right, a JTAG breakout board will no longer be required to update PureThermal 2. This is a development kit ready to be embedded into a production system.
Cam-Mini is a small wireless streaming thermal imaging camera designed by Dan Julio to make it easy to get and use radiometric data from a Flir Lepton 3.5 sensor. Radiometric data includes the temperature of every pixel captured by the Lepton allowing all kinds of interesting thermographic analysis. Of course that data can also be turned into the beautiful false-color images everyone associates with thermal imaging.
The companion desktop application makes it easy to use the camera and analyze the data from it.
The hardware and firmware design files are available in Dan's Github repository. The firmware is designed to be compiled using Espressif IDF tools and new code can be loaded via the built-in USB Serial port. The desktop application and precompiled binary files are also available for quick download at Dan’s website.
