    Great news!
Just to confirm, is there any limit per person, and are there any restrictions on who can purchase these (private parties or government agencies ok)?

  • Avatar

No limits and no black-listed countries. This is as open as it gets!

Pro-Active Management Ltd United Kingdom Mick Cunningham - i wished to buy an AudioMoth Round 10. Went to 'buy' section, filled in all my details including credit card but could not see a button to click 'confirm purchase/checkout'. So, I clicked back button and started again. Again, filling in detals which inclded credit card details again. But, as before, no button to confirm 'checkout' So, I don't know if I have ordered any at all, or just 1. Or inadvertenyly ordered 2. I only want to order 1. Can you confirm that is I have ordered only one, and all I will be charged for is one please. "

Our first hunch would be to make sure that you are using Chrome as nobody else has this problem. Firefox would be option 2. If that doesn't help, please make a support ticket. Thanks!

Just looking to confirm my order went through on the credit card. My bank initially declined the transaction. Rob Clemens, The Gap Australia

Hi audiomothers - I'm loving mine but I'm getting a thin line of low amplitude noise at a high frequencies which goes gradually up and down over a long recording - is not too much of a problem but I'm assuming this has to be a systematic bug. Does anyone know what this line is? Thanks!

Mine has arrived too (in the UK) and what an interesting design and experience! The developed apps all work well and the AudioMoth configeration ability is great. My only concern was finding a waterproof housing for the device but I have finally come up with a Heath Robinson affair. On that point, is there any sign of a new round for the waterproof housing/case. I really need to deploy my device in a rainforest in Malaysia and I'm not confident that my home made box will be up to the job!
