The FLIR Lepton™ is the most compact longwave infrared (LWIR) camera core available as an OEM/prototyping product. It packs a resolution of 80 × 60 pixels into a camera body that is smaller than a dime. Because we are so excited about this module, we collaborated on a small development board to help people quickly start developing applications on a Pi, Arduino, or whatever. For this special Google-only offer, the breakout board will be coupled with the Lepton and at a major discount. Our friends at Pure Engineering created a homepage and github repo for data sheets and sample code for the Lepton dev board here: http://www.pureengineering.com/projects/lepton.
