μMOTH is Back!

We are thrilled to reintroduce the μMoth ("micro-moth") following the recent chip supply shortages. This remarkable device holds the title of the world's smallest full-spectrum acoustic development board, measuring a mere 25mm x 36mm and weighing only 4 grams. Its functionality mirrors that of the AudioMoth, enabling it to record uncompressed audio onto a microSD card at rates ranging from 8,000 to 384,000 samples per second. Additionally, it shares the same supporting software and firmware as AudioMoth, making it not only a standalone logger but it is also capable of being flashed with the AudioMoth USB Microphone firmware. This versatility allows it to be utilized as a compact, customizable USB microphone when paired with the new AudioMoth Live software.
