GroupGets was created in 2013 as a crowdfunding platform with a simple goal: to hack minimum order quantities. Over the past decade we have striven to help individuals and businesses fund and distribute their inventions the world over.
Through the years we have developed a close relationship with one of our greatest supply partners – the world’s leading component distributor – Digi-Key Electronics. Providing more than 14.9 million components from over 2,400 quality manufacturers, they are an innovator in the industry.
This is why we are more than a little proud – honestly ecstatic – to announce that Digi-Key and GroupGets have come together to bring you the “Get MADE” crowdfunding initiative. Through this program qualifying devices will be cross promoted by GroupGets and Digi-Key; this includes content, design, and distribution. GroupGets and Digi-Key will work together with creators to fund, manufacture, and market their products across platforms.
